Minimize vacanaes within the Division by submitting appropriate request to <br /> the Department's human resource office within 30 days of any vacancy <br /> 12/30/00 retirement of construction Inspector -submitted request to fill <br /> on 12/18/00. <br /> 2. Reduce backlog of Federal Aid bridge projects by 75% by the end of the <br /> federal fiscal year. <br /> 11 FHWA Bridge projects pending -1 protect completed; 3 protects bid; <br /> 2 projects ready to bid. 9X completed to date; project 55% by the end <br /> of the federal fiscal year. <br /> 3. Complete program to provide 4-wheel drive vehicles for all construction <br /> inspectors. <br /> Expect to take delivery of two 4~wheel drive vehicles to replace last 2 <br /> FoM escorts that are being used by the Inspectors. <br /> <br /> 4. 85% of all time sensitive documents, such as subdivision applications, <br /> change of zone applications, variances, etc. shall be reviewed and returned to <br /> the originating agency/entity by the stipulated revew deadline <br /> Tracking subdivision applications only. Processed 155 applications <br /> returned 120 on or before stipulated deadline -approximately 77%. <br /> Backlogs caused by flood event In November 2000. <br /> 5. 85% of all documents and materials that do not have stipulated review <br /> deadline such as construction plans, CLOMAR/LOMAR, Ohana Permits, Joint <br /> Pole review, etc. shall be reviewed by the division within two weeks. <br /> Not tracking Ohana permits or Joint Pole reviews - Ohana permits are <br /> very rere and Joint pole reviews have little public consequence. <br /> 163 grading permits and 65 plans reviews processed. 170 reviewed <br /> within 2 weeks or approximately 75X.
