Ol 26 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 00-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br /> TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br /> JULY 1, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Finanang Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001, <br /> is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations. <br /> PROGRAM AMOUNT <br /> TEA-21 PROJECTS (FEDERAL AID) $2,900,000 <br /> LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS 2.900.000 <br /> TOTAL $5,800,000 <br /> <br /> Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects <br /> listed on the attached Exhibit A <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from that portion of the <br /> Highway Fund which is designated as the Fuel Tax Increase Account No. 3104.06, and <br /> <br /> which consists of the increase fuel tax revenues created pursuant to Resolution Nos <br /> 192-97 and 241-98 <br /> SECTION 3 If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br /> not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be groen effect <br /> <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable <br /> <br />
