<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 23 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 01 30 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I• <br /> SECTION 1 Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287 schedule 35 (Passenger <br /> loading zones), subsection (c) South Htlo, of the Hawaii Cotmty Code 1983 (1995 edttion), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropnately numbered and to read as follows <br /> u Kani`olani Street, mauka side, from a point forty-nine feet Puna of the <br /> Veterans Cemetery Access Road and extendini: one hundred ninety-six feet in the <br /> Puna direction from 7 15 a m. to 8 00 a m and from 2.30 p m to 3.30 p m on <br /> school days <br /> SECTION 2. Matenal to be repealed is bracketed New matenal is underscored In <br /> pnnting this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed matenal and undersconng need not be included <br /> SECTION 3 If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance aze declazed to be severable <br /> SECTION 4.
