COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 01 <br />RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS BY ASSESSMENTS AT KEALAKEHE, <br />HONOKOHAU, KALOKO AND KOHANAIKI, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, HAWAII <br />WHEREAS, the Co',incil of the County of Hawai'i wishes to initiate <br />proposed improvements on certain real property located at Kealakehe, <br />Honckohau, Kaloko and Kohanaiki, District of North Kona, County and State <br />of Hawaii, for improvements consisting of extension to the municipal <br />sewer system, the cost of whit:- is to be borne by tae County and the <br />property owners pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-10, Hawai' <br />County Code, as amended, and <br />WHEREAS, Attachment "A" describes the necessary preliminary scope of <br />work, together with an estimate of the probable cost thereof, and an <br />estimate of the share of t:: ^e cost of the improvements against each parcel <br />of the real property sub-iect to assessment; and <br />WHEREAS, Attachment "B" shows a map identifying the proposed limits <br />of the Improvement District, and <br />WHEREAS, the Improvement Pro ect has now been further and fully <br />considered by the Council <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAI'I that (l) the Public Wor'{s Director of the County of Hawaii be and <br />is directed to investigate the information and data provided by the <br />Council and such other information as the Public Works Director deems <br />advisable and tc report to t_:e Council on the necessity, feasibility, and <br />method of assessment desirable for the aforementioned sewer system at <br />
