Enclosed also and attached to the Change of Zone Apphcahon are a Background and County Environmental Report, a completed zoning questionnaire, proposed change of zone map and description, a hst of property owners located within 300 feet of the subject property, comment letters from consulted agencies, and a real property tax clearance from the County Deparhnent of Finance. We have also enclosed afull-size site plan and a check for $525.00 to cover the apphcahon's filing fee.
