Powell to the Hawaii Tax Board of <br /> Review. Mr. Powell was appointed to this board fo serve out the term of Bill F. <br /> Bger, who resigned on May 8, 2000. This tens expired on December 31, 2000. <br /> Mr. Powell is a 43-year resident of Hawaii and has been retired since 1998. <br /> Mr. Powel! has served as Chief ®perating Officer of Case and Lynch and as a <br /> partner of ®eloitte and Touche. His community activities include the Consuelo <br /> sober Alger Foundation, the Catholic Charities Family Services and the Alliance <br /> for Children end Families.
