NE~~LUTION N0. 2 2 ~ <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOT WITHIN TH.E <br /> WAIAKEA IfEIGHTS SUI~DIVISION (FORI~~RLY KNOWN AS AINAWAIWAI <br /> SUI3DIVISIOI~';}, UNYT II, FROM SUNSTOI REALTY PARTNERS LLC, TAX MAP KEY <br /> (3)2-4A37:01~=1, TO T~ COU'NTY OF I~AAWAII. <br /> WHE~.EAS, SUNSTONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC, a Hawaii limited liability <br /> company, is the developer of the Waiakea Heights Subdivision (formerly Ainawaiwai <br /> Subdivision), and the owner of that certain roadway lot located in Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, <br /> specifically identified as 'Tax 11~Iap Key (3)2-4-37:014, being more particularly described in <br /> Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit ~ attached hereto; and <br /> WI~R1vAS, SUNSTONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC has constructed all subdivision <br /> improvements as required for final subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, SUNSTONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC has received approval from the <br /> County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning <br /> Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating <br /> the subject parcel to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> to County of> 'i standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and <br /> WHE1zEAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Codc requires that the acceptance of <br /> such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code; <br /> and <br /> <br /> ~G: ~bA'1 <br /> ,~wy <br /> <br />
