5. 327° 41' 00" 300.00 feet along same; <br /> 6. 57° 41' 00" 258.67 feet along Lot 63 to the point of <br /> beginning and containing an area of <br /> 3.016 acres, more or less. <br /> PARCEL 2: <br /> Beginning at the eastern corner of this parcel of land, also being at the southern <br /> corner of Lot 64-A, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to (government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "AKU" being 3,068.80 feet North and 5,550.85 feet East <br /> and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 57° 41' 00" 211.74 feet along Lot 63; <br /> <br /> 2. 147° 41' 00" 89.08 feet along a 40-foot road; <br /> 3. 260° 30' 00" 229.72 feet along Lot 64-A to the point of <br /> beginning and containing an area of <br /> 0.216 acre, more or less. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2. This change in district classification is conditioned upon the following: <br /> <br /> A. The applicant, its successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all <br /> of the stated conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> B. The applicant, successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all <br /> requirements of Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to permissible <br /> uses within the State Land Use Agricultural District. <br /> C.
