To accommodate a possible <br /> arbitration decision, the FY98 budget proposes a permanent reallocation down to a <br /> Planner III (SR 20 D). <br /> • Position /i3221, Planner III (CZM funded) <br /> Current: Planner III (CZM funded) <br /> Budget: Planner II (CZM funded) <br /> This position is currently filled by a provisional hire as a Planner III. The term <br /> expires on March 31, 1997 and may be extended thereafter. This position is <br /> currently the subject of arbitration. To accommodate a possible arbitration decision <br /> and reinstatement of a planner, the FY98 budget proposes a permanent reallocation <br /> down to a Planner II (SR 18 D). <br /> <br /> 4. What positions would you like to add, fill or fund that are not in your FY98 budget <br /> and why? <br /> • Position JJ3544, Senior Clerk-Typist <br /> Reallocate to a Zoning Clerk for the Kona office. Work is currently being <br /> performed by the Senior Clerk-Typist at the level of Zoning Clerk. <br /> • If the department assumes tax mapping functions, a computer literate drafting <br /> technician will be required. <br /> 5.
