The helicopter did not stop and took about 5 minutes to <br /> pass through the subdivision. Claimed to be an illegal search of private property. Also stated that on <br /> 04-24-01, huge black helicopter passed over the subdivision, slow and low. <br /> <br /> Color of Helicopter: Yellow <br /> <br /> Tail No.: Unable to observe Letters "HPD" Visible: Yes NoX <br /> Call Received By: K. Henry Tavares Date/Time: 04-25-01/1503 hours <br /> Reason for Being in Area: <br /> Officer stated that flights were above 500' altitude over State owned land surrounding Puna Palisades. <br /> <br /> Time in Area: 5-10 minutes No. of Plants Recovered: <br /> Immediate Action Taken: <br /> Comments: <br /> Upon recontact, caller stated that the helicopter was in the area for 7-10 minutes. Further related that it <br /> was not over her house, although over the subdivision. She described her residence as being located <br /> at the edge of the subdivision.
