<br /> COUlaTTY OF I-IA~VAI`I STATE OF IIAVVAI`I <br /> DILL NO. 7 0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, schedule 36 (Freight <br /> loading zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Samna Road, south side, be ig nning_from a point one hundred eighty-two <br /> feet east of Ali`i Drive and extendingone hundred feet in the easterly <br /> direction. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275, schedule 23 (Bus stop <br /> locations), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> deleting the following: <br /> [(5) Sarona Road, Ka`u side, beginning from a point one hundred sixty feet mauka of <br /> Ali`i Drive and extending one hundred twenty feet in a mauka direction.] <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />
