Congress has not <br />for Hawai'i since 1995. <br />3. What <br />impact do you expect these changes to have on services <br />provided? <br />Existing Housing Division <br />In June 1996 Existing Housing applied for and was approved <br />to receive a grant from HOME. The grant was to provide for <br />supplying tenant -based rental assistance to very -low income <br />participants. The $750,000 grant will provide additional <br />rental assistance, using voucher program guidelines, for 125 <br />more families than are presently being subsidized by <br />Section 8 vouchers and certificates.
