No. 64-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:30 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 64-01, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 64-01, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 41 by Director of Finance <br /> William T.
