REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON HUMAN SERVICES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> DATE: March 20, 2001 Re: Communication No. 149/Resolution No. 63-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> <br /> TIME: 3:48 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Human Services and Economic Development, to which was referred <br /> Resolution No. 63-01, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 63-01, transmitted by Council Chair James Y.
