The property is located along Ainalako Road approximately <br /> 205 feet south of its intersection with Leimano Street, Waiakea Homesteads, South Hilo, Hawaii, <br /> TMK: 2-4-30: 4. <br /> GEN~FRAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Land Ownership: Individual members of the Imamura Family are the fee owners of the <br /> subject property, who include Tsuneko Imamura, Clifford S. Imamura, Esther T. <br /> Imamura, Clarence T. Imamura and Susan F. Decleene. All of whom have given their <br /> permission to process the applications. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. Request: The applicants are proposing to change the existing State Land Use <br /> Agricultural designation to Rural and district classification from Agricultural (A-3a) to <br /> Residential and Agricultural (RA-.Sa) for approximately 3.00 acres of land. <br /> 3. Objectives: The applicants are proposing to create asix-lot family residential <br /> subdivision consisting of lots not less than .50 acres each. The applicants intend to <br /> subdivide the property as soon as the necessary approvals are secured. The existing two <br /> dwellings will be incorporated into the subdivision design. Future development will be <br /> dependent on when each family member is able to secure the necessary financing. <br /> <br /> 4.
