Insert new Condition C to read: <br /> "The height limit shall be thirty-five feet except for amusement and recreation <br /> facilities, indoor and outdoor, which may be higher provided a use permit is <br /> issued for each such use." <br /> 2. Renumber Condition G to Condition H, and amend it by spelling out Department <br /> of Transportation (DOT) and adding: <br /> "The applicant will monitor traffic conditions at the Makala Boulevard and Luhia <br /> Street intersection throughout the development of Phase 1 and will install a traffic <br /> signal light when conditions are warranted. Additionally, following the State's <br /> widening of Queen Kaahumanu Highway to a four-lane highway, the applicant <br /> will complete further channelization of Makala Boulevard, at its intersection with <br /> Queen Kaahumanu Highway, including a second left-turn lane on the mauka <br /> bound approach." <br /> 3. Renumber Condition H to Condition I, and amend it by inserting "(LOS)", and <br /> "LOS E and F". <br /> 4.
