Because the height issue has not been resolved, Draft 4 has been submitted and <br /> agendized to provide the Council the opportunity to consider both Drafts 3 and 4 at the August <br /> 15, 2001 Council meeting, without necessitating another holdover of the measure for any <br /> possible floor amendments. <br /> Both drafts are equally acceptable to the applicant, who is anxious to have an expeditious <br /> disposition of this measure. <br /> Comm.
