Appropriate an <br /> additional $410,000 which will increase right-of-way funds from <br /> $1,000,000.00 to $1,410,000.00; (Account No. 110-399-5391.25-115). <br /> The total Federal appropriated funds will be increased from <br /> $23,000,000.00 to $23,410,000.00. <br /> <br /> B.
