No. 317-00 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 3:05 P.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 317-00, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 317-00, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, via Communication No. <br /> 899, dated August 15, 2000, authorizing the sale of grant of easement for Telecommunications <br /> Tower purposes situate at Pepe`ekeo and Makahanaloa, South Hilo, Hawaii, <br /> TMK: 3 `d/2-8-07:70(Portion). <br /> The County of Hawaii is the owner of that certain parcel of land described as the Kulaimano <br /> Park site situate at Pepe`ekeo and Makahanaloa, South Hilo, Hawaii, known as Pu`u `Alala. <br /> USCOC of Hawaii 3, Inc., d.b.a. U.S. Cellular, has expressed an interest in constructing a 250 <br /> foot Tower at Pu`u `Alala.
