No. 270 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 3:05 P.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 270, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 270, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated July 18, 2001, nominates <br /> Mr. Douglas L. Halsted of Council District 4 to serve on the Hawaii County Liquor Control <br /> Adjudication Board. Mr. Halsted would replace Leinaala B. Enos, whose term expired on <br /> December 31, 2000. <br /> A resident of Hawaii for 42 years, Mr. Douglas L. Halsted is aself-employed attorney who <br /> <br /> desires to do public service with the community. He is the chair for the Hawaii Photo Expo <br /> <br /> 2001, and has served as the secretary for the Film Club, a Mock Trial Coach for Waiakea High <br /> School and a volunteer at Divorce Clinics.
