BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Piopio dears Athletic Association would like to donate a portable basket to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation that will be used at the Piihonua Gym. <br /> The basket consists of the following; a plastic glass backboard with rim, <br /> adjustable height and a plastic base.
