We believe that the parking prohibition, along with our newly <br /> instituted park hours, will help reduce the late night gathering, drinking and noise that has <br /> become common in the area. <br /> We strongly request your favorable consideration of Bill No. 85. <br /> Aloha, <br /> Edwar J.
