No. 112-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:05 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 112-01, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 112-01, transmitted by County Clerk Al Konishi, via Communication No. 311, <br /> dated August 8, 2001, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year or of more than one <br /> fiscal year for amulti-year lease of Real Property. <br /> <br /> The County Clerk, Elections Division wishes to extend its sublease agreement at a Makaala <br /> Street building from Men's Shop, Inc., in Hilo, Hawaii.
