A silver helicopter <br /> with no markings had two long ropes/hoses spraying paraquat approximately 500 feet from property <br /> within the Mark Twain Subdivision. An orange helicopter with no markings was also in the area. Two <br /> other helicopters were farther away but caller was not sure of colors because they were against the <br /> sun. Explained to caller that the Helicopter was there inserting officers into a marijuana <br /> patch and no spraying was done.
