Robert HICKCOX <br /> Complainant Recontacted By: Lt. Robert HICKCOX Date/Time: 07-30-2001/1355 hours <br /> Reason for Being in Area: <br /> Traveling south to Kau District. <br /> Time in Area: 1 minute No. of Plants Recovered: None <br /> Immediate Action Taken: <br /> Informed complainant that helicopter was headed south and flying down slope below the highway, keeping away from residential areas and <br /> low flying tour aircraft. She replied that helicopter appeared to be flying low and was traveling south. <br /> Comments: <br /> After speaking with complainant, she did state that the aircraft was down slope, makai of her residence <br /> a distance away. She related that it may be possible that the helicopter was not flying low due to the <br /> slope of the terrain and further that the helicopter did not hover over a particular area but was flying <br /> slowly south.
