Both <br /> these funds would require the assumption of an administrative <br /> burden, including additional staffing, to properly oversee and <br /> to enforce should defaults occur. I cannot support such an <br /> expansion of the County's role at this time, nor can I support <br /> the implementation of any program without the administrative <br /> resources to do it right. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> PHEN K.
