NO. 306/BILL NO. 92 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 1:18 p.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Parks & Environmental Management, to which was referred <br /> <br /> Communication No. 306, and attached Bill No. 92, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 92 is to establish a ban on the disposal of any rubbish, prohibited <br /> <br /> materials or refuse which has been generated outside of the County of Hawaii and brought <br /> in to the County of Hawaii for disposal in County landfills.
