After <br /> attending five seminars I learned, that no one has clear tItIQ to anv land In <br /> Hawai'I in ludin the counties on all th I I nda the State of Hawai'1 <br /> and the Federal government, Inspite of the fact that many can claim ignorant <br /> when buying land in Hawaii since 1959, everyone including non-Wawaiians and <br /> native Hawaiians can now clear their titles before Feb. 14, 1998, to make pond the <br /> situation you are in as homeownerP'landowner" or be barred from selling or deeding <br /> your lands to your heirs and assigns forever) This is based on Hawaiian Law. <br /> Native tenant rights are vested rights based on the laws of the Wawaiian Kingdom. It Is <br /> my responsibility to educate you and those concerned about the land tenure as it is <br /> related to the Hawaii County and their plans to build this irradiation plant which most <br /> people are totally against, except to the "money people" and politicians who make <br /> money off of the miseries of those who will eat the food. Life is a precious commodity, <br /> the county of Hawaii and all their money people will have to stand before their <br /> ancestors to explain why they continued to push for something that no one wants? <br /> Comes down to money and political power...two evils, we as native tenants will <br /> overcome on Feb. 14, 1998 The question put to you, show us that you have cleared <br /> the title to the land for the plant, your offices, Houses and businesses based on <br /> Hawaiian Law. Perfect Title is ready to correct your titles. <br /> Let it be known that you have been briefed of the facts so you cannot claim ignorance <br /> of this matter.
