I never want to see food <br /> irradiation plants on the Big Island of Hawaii. Until more information is gathered, I find <br /> this risky. 1 believe that much boycotting of Hawaii products will result, hurting the island <br /> more than benefiting. <br /> Will the county have money Co train response teams? How will the irradiated food <br /> impact human population? Will our waters be affected? <br /> We need to have concrete answers to these questions before we allow food <br /> irradiation to happen.
