No. 405Bi11 No. 127 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 11:40 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 127, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 127, transmitted by Council Chair James Y. Arakaki, via Communication No. 405, <br /> dated October 24, 2001, amends Chapter 12, Article 5, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 <br /> Edition) relating to refunding of the outstanding indebtedness of improvement districts. <br /> This measure proposes to delete the requirement of "not more than one reading" for the Council <br /> to promulgate a refunding ordinance.
