SCHEDULE A <br /> NAPOOPOO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH <br /> 1VIISSION/GOAL: <br /> Minirnize or elinairaate calls related to alcohol do drug abuse, speed ~ reckless <br /> driving, and violation of Hiles relatuag to use of Napoopoo Wharf. <br /> STRATEGIES: <br /> • Continue with cleanup and beautification efforts. <br /> • Provide someone to lock the gate and provide security for the area on a two- <br /> month trial. <br /> • Members will unlock the gate each morning. <br /> S OLUTION/IMPLEMENTATION: <br /> • Secure the services of an individual to lock the gate and provide security during <br /> the evening hours for atwo-month trial period. <br /> • Continue beautification efforts throughout the trial period. <br /> EVALUATION: <br /> • Number of 911 calls for service to the area <br /> • Number of alcohol arc drug related incidents/arrests in the area. <br /> • Number of citations issued in the area for speed, reckless driving or other traffic <br /> related violations. <br /> • Number of violations reported or cited by DLNR personnel. <br /> <br /> TASKS: <br /> • Select individual to lock gate and provide security for the area. <br /> • Collect data and prepare report of results of two-month trial. <br /> <br />
