We have yet <br /> to aee and emergency response plan for the planned irradiation <br /> plant yet this council and we in the cgtnmunity are being asked to <br /> support this facility. <br /> And E.R.P will provide both this council and our island community <br /> with a professional comprehensive review of the operation of line <br /> agencies (Fire, Police, and Civil Defence). <br /> We will be able to access the cast involved in responding to any <br /> emergency at such a facility and will be able to determine who wil l <br /> bare the costs involved. <br /> <br /> We will leave a processional assessment of the risks to the health. <br /> and welfare of all of us.
