The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 3302.86 Seatbelt Innovative Demonstration General $50,000 <br /> Program Grant -East Hawaii <br /> To: <br /> 010-201-5219.89 Seatbelt Innovative Demonstration General $50,000 <br /> Program Grant -East Hawaii <br /> The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is <br /> providing funds to enforce and educate the public on the importance of Seatbelt usage.
