The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 3302.57 Clandestine Drug Lab General $128,807 <br /> To: <br /> O10-201-52]9.77 Clandestine Drug Lab General $128,807 <br /> The State of Hawaii Department of Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance <br /> Program is providing funds to enhance the ability of the Hawaii County Police Department to <br /> conduct aggressive, comprehensive, and coordinated law enforcement activities to detect, <br /> identify, access, and counter or neutralize clandestine drug manufacturing laboratories by <br /> training officers and purchasing the proper equipment. <br /> Bill No. 137, Draft 2 was referred to Your Committee via Communication No. 425.1, dated <br /> November 30, 2001, from Director of Finance William Takaba, which reduces the dollar amount <br /> of the original appropriation bill from $128,807 to $56,042. <br /> Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 137, Draft 2, <br /> and recommends it pass first reading. <br /> smc <br /> A\'ES NOES A&F.
