Reason for Being in Area: <br /> <br /> The helicopter was flying in the area which is sparsely populated and the complainant lives in a tent <br /> on his property which is surrounded by forest and ranch lands. The helicopter was flying during a <br /> marijuana spotting/eradication mission and was looking for growing marijuana in the area. The pilot <br /> and spotter stated they were about 800° and flew over the complainant's property one time. <br /> <br />
