This project proposes to replace the hydraulically <br /> inadequate bridge including the limited upstream and downstream channel transitions. <br /> The State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration approved <br /> the design of this project on the FY2002 Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan.
