However, since the Planning Commission is still reviewing <br /> the General Plan proposals, we suggest that testinior~y be presented to them ad its <br /> August 29, 2001, General Plan workshop. Statements from the public will be taken after <br /> the conclusion of the commission's workshop, which begins at 9:00 a.m. at the <br /> Department of Liquor Control's Meeting Room, Hilo Lagoon Center, South Hilo. For <br /> your information, a copy of your letter has been forwarded to the Planning Commission. <br /> You may also request the County Council to initiate the change to the LUPAG map once <br /> the General Plan Revision is forwarded to them. The Council is the final body to grant <br /> changes to the General Plan. <br /> <br />
