Aircraft was <br /> flying 75 to 100 feet altitude and had to gain altitude to fly over power lines. Caller described the <br /> aircraft as blue color with doors of the aircraft being on. Caller was afraid that there could have been a <br /> serious accient if the aircraft ran into the power lines.
