The proposed low density urban to industrial use <br /> boundary in the proposed General Plan is outlined in green. <br /> Also attached please find the following: <br /> Exhibit A a~Li Location Maps <br /> Exhibit C: Letter date June 28, 2001 to Geraldine Giffin, Chairperson <br /> fIawaii County Planning Commission <br /> Exhibit D: Letter dated October 16, 2001 to Chris Yuen, Iairector <br /> Hawaii County Planning Department <br /> Exhibit E: Letter dated October 29, 2001 from Mr. Yuen to <br /> Ivan Mochida <br /> In summary, the following are the reasons we are requesting this change: <br /> 1. We do not anticipate the requested change would not adversely affect the immediate <br /> area. The rnakai side of Laukapu Street is planned for industrial use and would be <br /> compatible with this request. <br /> 2. The proposed use for the property will be for a baseyard and storage for a home <br /> construction business. There will not be any manufacturing or fabrication activities <br /> conducted on the property. <br /> 3. Utility infrastructure, including a sewer line is located on Laukapu Street. <br /> <br />
