It will be <br /> a lot of work as there are numerous regulations and permits as this will <br /> be probably at least s 10-year project, as the demographics of older <br /> citizens keeps growing. <br /> Unfortunately, our Plaxaning Commission seems to lack long-range <br /> vision and we nced to revise the County General Plan, which they wiU <br /> soon be submitting to the County Council. Fortaanately, f nal authority <br /> for this Plan, which is revised every 10 years, resides with the County <br /> Council. I do not believc the Planniaag commission has dealt with <br /> plans and densities for senior citizens and hopefully we can solve this <br /> problems in the new Cseneral Plan. ®therwise, I will have to wait 10 <br /> years to get this project underway.
