A015 OF CONTRACT DE-ACOB-76DP00374 WITH THE <br /> STATE OF HAWAII <br /> Attached for your review is a copy of the sub3ect Audit Report. <br /> The audit disclosed that the costs incurred by the State of Hawaii totaled <br /> $111,93D.6Z. In accordance with Contract Modification A015, the Federal <br /> Government's share of the incurred costs (50%) is $55,965.31. The State <br /> has billed and received payment from the Government totaling $60.000.
