See Exhibit "A," Closed Cases, General Liability. <br /> Secondly, eleven (11) vehicular collisions claims were resolved for $404.13. The County <br /> recovered $1,737.01 on account of damages to a County vehicle. See Exhibit "B," Closed Cases, <br /> County Vehicle/No Fault Claims Report. <br /> Thirdly, the County had no action for non-vehicular claims. <br /> Fourthly, the County had no action for non-tort claims. <br /> Fifthly, one litigation case was settled for the sum of $1,500. See Exhibit "C," Litigation, <br /> Third Quarter Payments. <br /> Finally, the County recovered $4,687.45 on collections claims.
