The proposed <br /> General Plan policy of permitting fixture industrial uses in this area does not take into <br /> consideration the existing plans that are already in process for the land owned by <br /> Continental Pacific in this area. In addition, allowing fixture industrial development on <br /> adjoining lands owned by other owners in this area would not be compatible with the <br /> <br /> planned agricultural and single-family residential uses for this area.
