requirements of the Department of Water Supply prior to the issuance of Final <br /> Subdivision Approval. <br /> D. No variance shall be sought or granted to allow the subdivision of lots not served <br /> by acounty-approved water system. <br /> <br /> E. A flood study shall be prepared by a licensed civil engineer and submitted to the <br /> Federal Emergency Management Agency, through the Department of Public <br /> Works, for a Letter of Map Change before any earth moving activity is initiated. <br /> The revised flood plain base flood elevations and flood plain boundaries shall be <br /> provided and identified on the final plat map. <br /> <br /> F. All roadways within the proposed subdivision shall meet with the approval of the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> G. Any roadway within the proposed subdivision shall be dedicated to the County of <br /> Hawaii upon request by the Department of Public Works. [The applicant shall <br /> consult with the Planning Department and the Department of Public Works <br /> regarding additional roadway connections to adjoining parcels, prior to the <br /> submittal of plans for subdivision review.] The interior roadway system shall be <br /> stubbed out to the adjo.~n~,~ parcel to the east to be co~~,~te t wifh tie County's <br /> regional roadway circulation plans. This roadway will be constructed tc~ dedicabee <br /> standards and dedicated to the County.
