Although the board had previously voted to defer <br /> making comments on the bill until a full board was appointed and confirmed, it was decided at <br /> the last Board of Ethics meeting to take the matter up at our next scheduled meeting set for <br /> September 1 1, 2002. The Board now has four members and we are uncertain as to how long it <br /> may take for the Mayor to find another member for us.
