"The development stage of the company is ending, and <br /> Vindicator will be a viable entity in food processing by the end of <br /> 1993."" <br /> Irradiaticn kills bacteria and slows ripening and deterioration in <br /> food. Vindicator, which has a plant in Mulberry, has been <br /> irradiating fruits and vegetables to extend their shelf life.
