Any sign not exceeding 32 square feet in area <br /> <br /> announcing the names of the architect, engineer and contractor of a <br /> <br /> building or public project under construction, alteration, or repair and <br /> any sign announcing the character of the building enterprise or the <br /> <br /> purpose for which the building is intended. As this is a temporary <br /> <br /> sign, it must be removed within 72 hours after completion or <br /> abandonment of the project. <br /> <br /> (3) Subdivision Improvement Sign. Any sign, not exceeding 32 square feet in <br /> <br /> area, announcing the subdivision and improvement of property <br /> <br /> located on the property being subdivided and improved, not to <br /> exceed two per street frontage. A subdivision sign may only be <br /> <br /> erected after a subdivision application has been filed with the County. <br /> <br /> As this is a temporary sign, it must be removed within 72 hours after <br /> completion or abandonment of the project. <br /> <br /> (4) Subdivision identification sign. <br /> <br /> One sign relating to the identification of a subdivision within a district, of <br /> <br /> either a ground or wall type, per driveway.
