Finally, we know of no reason to conclude that the present CDUP amendment <br />for the proposed expansion of the power facility is not in conformance with all <br />applicable statutes, rules, and standards relevant to the approval of the C®UP <br />amendment. <br />Mr. Ahue, without your timely acceptance of our Revised EIS, the residents and <br />economy of the Sig Island may be again jeopardized by blackouts.
