We are transmitting for the Council's review and consideration for acceptance a copy of the above dedication deed, along with a resolution accepting the deed. This dedication is to cure an encroachment of the existing County roadway upon a corner of the donors' property at the corner of upper Kalopa Road and Keahua Road in Kalopa Homesteads, Hamakua, Hawaii. The donor is donating the subdivided corner remnant free of charge to the County. The County has done the subdivision of the remnant out of the donors' property. For your information, the deed has been reviewed by the Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning Department and all have recommended acceptance of the dedication deed. All subdivision improvements have been completed. Also enclosed are copies of transmittals from the Department of Public Works, Board of Water Supply and the Planning Department.
