New Zoning Code (Adopted December 7, 1997): According to the new Zoning <br /> Code, effective December 7, 1997, there are no longer references to zoning <br /> designations of A-la to A-4a. However, since this change of zone request was <br /> approved in 1992, the proposed lots would be established as non-conforming lots. <br /> APPLICANT'S REQUEST <br /> 5. Applicant's Request: The applicant has submitted a request for an additional <br /> extension of time to Condition B, by letter received November 5, 1996. Reasons <br /> being that the present economic cycle has created problems for the development which <br /> affected demand, value and their ability to finance the required improvements.
